Bob Hope Award
The Bob Hope
Distinguished Citizen Award
Each year, the NDIA Greater Los Angeles Chapter hosts the West Coast Dinner, during which we present the Bob Hope Distinguished Citizen Award. This prestigious award recognizes outstanding contributions to national security and the defense industry.
The Bob Hope Distinguished Citizen Award continues the legacy of Bob Hope, who was known for his contributions to entertainment and support of the U.S. Military. It recognizes individuals who have made significant impacts in areas related to national security and defense. He was honored in 1994, and winners have carried his legacy forward every year since.
